Dr. Subash Adhikari is a Nanotechnology consultant at Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology Development Board. He holds a M.Sc. in Physics from University of Pune, India, currently known as Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Doctorate in Material Science and Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. He has been actively working in the material science research for 9 years with a post-graduate research experience in Sungkyunkwan University and Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), Nepal.
His research areas include nanomaterials (2D/1D/0D) growth and characterization and nanomaterial engineering for application in optics, electronics and opto-electronic devices like solar cell, photodetectors, photocatalysis, memristor and biosensor. He has more than 17 publications in high impact journals with google scholar citation of more than 500. He holds a collaborative research experience with many national and international research centers and was also a founding member in initiating Materials Science and Device Laboratory in NAST. His current research includes synthesizing nanomaterial and devices for optical, electrical and biomedical application based on natural resources and natural products.
